Refunds Procedure
You may return any of the goods delivered to you within
30 days of the date of delivery. Returns must be made
to our returns address at your own cost and risk. Any
sum debited to Butler and Brooks from your credit card.
Will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible
for any such returned goods provided that the goods in
question are returned by you and received by Butler and
Brooks in the condition they were in when delivered to
you. i.e. A resaleable condition. Any goods delivered
to you which were damaged / defective or as of a result
of our error, a refund of your delivery cost will be made.

have no liability to you unless you notify Butler and

problem within 40 days of your order date.

you have notified Butler and Brooks of a problem of
this nature. Our obligation to you will be at our discretion:

To make good any shortage and or non-delivery.
b: To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or
defective.
c: To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in
question.

or other wise in relation to the goods you order are

to limit any rights that you may have as a consumer
